NUOTIE 1:72 Diecast Metal F/A-18F Jolly Rogers Model

OK so I have been assembling models for over 45 years and I sit on the board of directors for a military history museum. We have many dioramas and models within our museum. I was ready to buy this for $100 however I figured let’s see what it’s about upon receiving the package. I noticed that the entire Amazon box was very heavy, and once I opened the outer box and actually saw the packaging. I knew I was in for a treat because the external packaging Was beautiful. Nothing about the box is Cheap. The model comes fully assembled, except few minor parts, including ordinance. It is beautifully crafted, made out of metal. The paint the decals the detail is amazing for such a small model. It definitely feels like 2 1/2 pounds. It is the correct dimensions. The stand is fabulous. It is every bit as nice as a Franklin mint model all in all I could not be more happy with this. I took the box and some foam board and a few inspirational pictures and made a small diorama of the aircraft landing If you love models you have to get it .

I've always been fascinated by aircraft, especially those of our military. This F/A-18F Super Hornet 1/72 Metal Model is absolutely stunning! The detail put into this diecast model is extraordinary. There are quite a few pieces you get to choose to put on or keep off. There are several characters; two seated pilots and two deck crew. You have an option to set the model up with landing gear down or up, and decide how much armament you would like the F/A-18F to be carrying.Overall, if you or someone you know who's served and worked in and around these aircraft or are just into military models, then this diecast F/A-18F Super Hornet would be a great thing to showcase on the shelf.

Overall quality is pretty nice and I really want to keep it but I got two right tails (horizontal stabilizer), I tried putting the extra one on the left (upsidedown) but with the way it's meant to fit I would have to break it so I didn't. Ordered another one so hopefully it's not defective this time, will write another review later!

If this is your first time buying a plane from this brand, here's something important: NUOTIE is the brand (even if you won’t see that name anywhere), but different models are made by different manufacturers — and the quality really depends on who made it.

I have the F/A-18F Super Hornet 1/72 and the F-14A Tomcat 1/72, both made by TEREBO, and they’re absolutely AMAZING.
Every detail is super well done, the parts feel solid, the build and paint quality are top-notch. Even the packaging is excellent — everything comes so well protected that I’m pretty sure they could fall from 2 meters and still be fine. They’re just beautiful.
Honestly, I don’t think they could be made any better. Totally worth the price.

Packaging is excellent the quality is very very good. The few pieces that I had to put on Snapped in very precisely with ease and really good fit no loose componentsIt looks amazing feels great I. The hand the price is amazing also I paid up to 100 dollars for similar 3d printing with little to know detailThis model makes you feel like you just need fuel and it will fly on a mission lol detail is fantasticI also bought the C-17 I can't wait to receive itI highly reco..end this model you won't regret it the f18 model is absolutely everything they said it is the price is awesome I say JUST DO IT you won't regret itEveryone comes to my desk when they see it they all ha e great things to say about it

Cool shelf piece but worth about $50. I guess Chinese tariffs make it overpriced.

Arrived on time, no issues with shipping. I love it, it goes well with my Caliber Wings collection. Great detail, and the stand itself is wonderful to display.

What a great aircraft, it looks great and goes great with my 2 F35'.s, but it did come very late for some reason? but it was worth the wait.

I recieved the diecast model but is missing the posable stand at the cost of $100+. Is there a way I could get into contact with this business to get the posable stand that comes with this diecast kit please?

This model is very well-made. It can be very decorative.Initially, I had the wrong product shipped to me, but the seller is also very attentive, and I manage to return and other another one (which arrived correctly).

Absolutely quality and detail to accuracy!Allows to have option of landing gest or show in flight. Very robust design and very acute attention to detail. Will rate 10 out of 10. Us citizen is authur writing this review. After reveived bouhht 2 more!

This is a wonderful replica of the F/A - 18 Super Hornet. It is mostly magnetic and the pieces snap perfectly in place. There are a few pieces that if moved a lot you would want to possibly glue in to place. But overall, this plan is a beautiful display piece and very easy to assemble.

Fantastic 1:72 scale. I was so impressed I also bought a 1:48 scale to display. I wish they would use the adjustable stand like one used for their 1:72 scale model.
