Only two Valkyries ever flew; after the bomber program was cancelled, they served on as research aircraft with the Air Force and NASA, and their record remains one of a kind. The airframe is die-cast metal with ABS detail parts, offered in two liveries: the Bald Eagle commemorative artwork, or the NASA 20001 markings from the joint flight-research phase.

Key Features

Mach 3 Valkyrie Silhouette: long pointed radome, slender fuselage and full delta wing, with the wingtip and canard layout of the original.

Bald Eagle Artwork: the commemorative scheme carries a painted eagle portrait and the Stars and Stripes across the wing, with U.S. AIR FORCE titles.

NASA 20001 Markings: the alternate livery wears the orange NASA tail flash and USAF star-and-bar of the flight-research airframe.

Diecast Metal Build: a heavy zinc-alloy airframe under a durable industrial finish, with crisp panel lines and emblem detail.

Display Options: landing gear is fitted with rolling wheels, and a detachable stand holds the bomber in an in-flight pose.

Detailed Specifications

Scale: 1:200

Dimensions: 28.4 × 16.0 × 5.6 cm (11.2 × 6.3 × 2.2 in); display height with stand 12.5 in

Materials: Die-cast alloy airframe, ABS plastic detail parts

Markings: Bald Eagle commemorative artwork, or NASA 20001 with U.S. AIR FORCE titles

Liveries: 2 options — Bald Eagle, NASA

Who It's For

A natural fit for Cold War and experimental-aviation shelves, this 1:200 Valkyrie pairs well with other 1:200 and 1:250 bombers and makes a memorable gift for fans of supersonic aviation history.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0853/0028/1647/files/1_17_a3c371b5-308a-43b5-a66f-d4f37f41f25d.jpg?v=1793934624
