FAQs
What types of vehicles are included in this collection?
This collection covers two main categories: model cars, including muscle cars, classic vehicles, and SUVs like the Ford Mustang GT, Dodge Challenger, and Land Rover Defender; and model trucks, including semi trucks, container haulers, and tow trucks from brands like Kenworth, International, Mercedes-Benz, and Scania.
What scales are these car and truck models available in?
Scale varies depending on the vehicle type. Passenger cars are typically offered in 1:24 or 1:36 scale, while semi trucks and trailers range from larger 1:43 and 1:50 scale down to compact 1:64 scale, depending on the specific model. Exact scale is listed on each product page.
What brands does NUOTIE carry in this collection?
We carry models from established diecast manufacturers including Maisto and Burage/Bburage,Welly, alongside our own branded releases, giving you a mix of licensed real-world vehicle replicas and original truck and trailer designs.
Are all the models static display pieces, or do some have moving features?
Most of our model cars and trucks are static collector models, while a few smaller-scale cars (such as our 1:36 Corvette Stingray, BMW M3, and Volkswagen Beetle) feature a pull-back motor function, meaning they can roll forward briefly after being pulled back and released. Each product listing specifies whether a model is static or pull-back.
What material are these models made from?
Our cars and trucks are primarily diecast metal construction, often combined with plastic components for details like windows, mirrors, and interior trim, giving each model realistic weight and durability.
Do the semi truck models come with a trailer or container?
Many of our semi truck listings include a matching trailer or container, and some sets — like our racing haulers — even include a smaller model car loaded inside the trailer. Please check each product's photos and description, as trailer/container inclusions vary by listing.
Do the models come pre-assembled?
Yes, although a few of our truck and trailer sets are labeled as "model kits," they generally arrive pre-built and ready to display — no painting or gluing required. If a specific listing does require light assembly (such as attaching a trailer to a truck cab), this will be noted in the product description.
Are these models toys for kids or collectibles for adults?
This collection includes both. Smaller pull-back cars and some semi truck sets are marketed as fun, durable gifts suitable for kids, while our larger-scale diecast cars (such as the Shelby Cobra 427 S/C and classic muscle cars) are designed primarily as detailed static display pieces for adult collectors. Please check each listing's intended age range and description.
Are the paint colors and details historically/factory accurate?
Yes, where applicable we aim to replicate authentic factory paint schemes, body styling, and badging for licensed vehicles like the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, and Nissan Skyline GT-R. Some truck and trailer models also come in multiple color options, so be sure to check the variant selector on the product page.
How do I clean and care for my diecast car or truck model?
Dust your model gently with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid water, solvents, or household cleaners, which can damage the paint finish. Store your model away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, especially for models with painted decals or graphics.
What if my model arrives damaged or with missing parts?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, missing accessories (such as a trailer or container), or defects, contact us immediately at service@nuotie.com with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for returns — please contact service@nuotie.com to start a return request.
Do you ship internationally, and is shipping free?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, and many orders qualify for free shipping. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, and you can follow its progress anytime through our Track Your Order page.
