As an authorized professional dealer and partner, NUOTIE brings you a variety of high-end models from the QIYUMOKE brand.
Q1: What scales are available in the civil aircraft collection?
A: This collection spans a wide range of scales to suit different display preferences and budgets, from compact 1/400 and 1/300 models to large 1/160 and 1/125 statement pieces (over 17 inches long). The exact scale and dimensions are listed on each individual product page.
Q2: What material are these models made from — metal or resin?
A: It varies by model. Most of our classic diecast airliners (Boeing, Airbus, Concorde) are made from zinc alloy diecast metal for authentic weight and detail, while some larger or more intricately shaped models (such as certain 747 and A330 Beluga editions) use high-quality resin construction. The material is specified in each listing.
Q3: Do the models come fully assembled?
A: Yes. Every model arrives pre-built and finished — there's no kit assembly, gluing, or painting required. Simply unbox it, place it on the included display stand, and it's ready to display.
Q4: Which airlines and aircraft types are included in this collection?
A: We carry a broad range of major aircraft types — including the Boeing 747, 777, 787, and 737, the Airbus A380, A330 Beluga, and A320neo, the McDonnell-Douglas MD-11, and the supersonic Concorde — finished in authentic liveries from airlines such as Emirates, Lufthansa, KLM, Qantas, ANA, Delta, and many others.
Q5: Why are there SpaceX Starship rocket models in the civil aircraft collection?
A: Our Starship & Super Heavy models (including the Mechazilla launch tower version) are grouped here alongside civil aviation since they represent the next generation of commercial and space transportation. These are also pre-built, static display models — not functional or flying rockets.
Q6: Does every model include a display stand?
A: The vast majority of models include a dedicated stand designed for that specific aircraft, allowing it to be displayed in an "in-flight" pose or on a flat surface. Stand style varies by product, so check the listing photos for the exact stand included with your model.
Q7: Are the airline liveries and markings accurate?
A: Yes, we reproduce the official liveries, tail logos, and color schemes of real-world airlines as closely as possible — for example, our Air Force One VC-25A and various Concorde editions are finished in historically accurate paint schemes. Small variations between production batches are possible due to manufacturing tolerances.
Q8: What's the difference between the various Boeing 747 listings (Lufthansa, Delta, KLM, Qantas, etc.)?
A: These are the same aircraft type, the Boeing 747, offered in different real-world airline liveries so collectors can choose their favorite carrier or build a multi-airline collection. Scale and size are generally consistent across the livery variants of the same model line.
Q9: Are these models suitable as gifts?
A: Absolutely. Civil aircraft models are popular gifts for aviation enthusiasts, frequent flyers, pilots, travel lovers, and collectors. Many of our larger pieces (like the 1/160 Boeing 747 or 1/125 Concorde) also make impressive desk or office display pieces.
Q10: How do I clean and maintain my airliner model?
A: Use a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth to remove dust regularly. Avoid water, solvents, or household cleaners, which can damage the paint and decals. Keep your model out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
Q11: What if my model arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any damage, missing parts, or defects, contact us right away at service@nuotie.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Q12: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for return — reach out to service@nuotie.com to initiate a request.
Q13: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide, and many orders qualify for free shipping. Final shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Q14: Can I track my civil aircraft model after ordering?
A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, and you can follow its progress through our Track Your Order page at any time.
