🛡️ Special Guarantee: Damaged During Transit?

Diecast models feature delicate external parts (such as pitot tubes, landing gear, and antennae). If your parcel arrives with transit damage, do not worry! Simply email us within 7 days of delivery at service@nuotie.com with photos or a short video of the damaged item. We will promptly send you a free replacement model or replacement parts without requiring you to ship the broken item back internationally.

30-Day Standard Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a standard return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The model must be in its original, unused condition and not modified, glued, or painted.
  • It must be housed in its original protective packaging (including inner foam cradle, display stand, and outer retail box).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@nuotie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the proper return authorization and return address instructions within 24 business hours.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received: NUOTIE covers 100% of the return or reshipping costs.
  • Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong scale or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the merchandise remains in its original unused condition and packaging.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our logistics center, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
