Absolutely stunning and great quality.
Would definitely recommend it.

Most of the plane is made of quality diecast material. I got the F-14D in VF-2 markings which look crisp and amazing. The size is appropriate to 1/72 scale. Looks really cool. You have the option to pose the model in the gear up or gear down setting which is awesome since I build my models gear up.

I've always wanted a Jolly Rogers F-14 model, and decided to finally add one to my shelf this year.PROS:- Pretty detailed for 1:72 scale, especially on the fuselage- Wings can be swept forward or back; horizontal stabilizer adjustable as well- Adjustable load out for Phoenix, Sparrow, and Sidewinder missiles; two fuel tanks and 3 landing gears- Can be displayed with landing gears or on the standCONS:- While it's nice that the load out can be adjusted, the fit is very flimsy, with general tolerancing issues all-around- Landing gear compartments not closable, so if you don't have the gears on, the whole thing looks slightly off- Something is off with the center of gravity when the wings are swept back, aircraft will fall on its rear side- Box and documentation inserts are all in Chinese, this bad boy shipped straight from China. That might bother some people

The manufacturing is flawless, pieces fit together perfectly with little work, the detailing is impressive

My nephews loved their planes. So much so that they were proud to find a place in their living room to show off the planes rather than play with them. From a 7 and 4 yr old.

Excelente avión F14. Este modelo es a escala 1:72. Lo recomiendo. Llega en una caja de Amazon y dentro de su propia caja y muy bien empacado para evitar daños. Al sacarlo te das cuenta que es de metal y es pesado. Las bombas, misiles y tren de aterrizaje son de plástico y hay que colocarlos con cuidado. La base es metálica, también debes colocarla con cuidado. El único detalle en el caso de que no uses la base y lo coloques sobre sus llantas, es que no está equilibrado y se alza de la parte delantera cuando sus alas están retraídas. Con las alas extendidas si se mantiene sobre todas sus llantas. Para mi fue un poco caro con los impuestos, pero vale la pena si te gusta tener aviones a escala y no tienes tiempo de armar y detallar un kit de modelo a escala.

Eigentlich ein richtig schönes Stück jedoch fehlt ein Teil sodass man es nun nicht auf die Halterung befestigen kann.

Me gusto mucho como llego todo empacado para su cuidado, el avion presenta buen detalle y es 100% de metal, de hecho es mas grande de lo que esperaba, me gusta mucho las opciones que tiene para montar, a los aficionados de aviones y mas del F-14 les va a encantar!!!

I actually was an designer on the F-14 project in 1969, at Grumman Aerospace. Excellent model.Not a child's toy.

From the box it arrived in to the model itself an Awsome experience for the eyes and so worth displaying .

Good appearance, cheap value, The only thing it needs is for the landing gear to be able to be inserted and exchange of weapons

Kind of a F14 fanatic and especially the VF84 Jolly Rogers squadron. Saw this and the amount of detail looked amazing. Got it and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The model is awesome. Love it. Tempted to buy another so I have a pair!

Finally, an affordable F-14 that every TOMCAT collector and enthusiast can be proud of. A well crafted piece that will surely be a head turner. Though mostly made of metal, the delicate plastic accessories need patience and time to put together. Other than that, this VF-84 lives up to the hype like the real thing.

This was a great surprise when I opened this model it is heavily Constructed & solid & Beautifully finished.My only criticism is the stand comes in metal as does the model Aircraft but sadly the stand end that goes into the aircraft is made of plastic pegs instead of one robust end making it a little easy to break off if accidentally knocked or falls over. But worst of all is the missile launcher next to rear wheels. These will not stay in & awquad to locate needing glue to attach just like some of the underside missiles but they were fairly sturdy & easy to resolve. Why spoil great work with shortcuts like this. I would rather pay a bit more for a more secure & robust finnishOtherwise a lovely buy.

I am a premium collector and do not consider value for money. But to review the good and bad, here's my opinion.Goods:-Paint hob-Metal build (heavy and good)-Configurable (wings, etc)-Boxing (secure, good for giftsBad:Set up near permanent (wheels always down, can't hide the cover)Phoenix scale seems of - at least not like any other Phoenix missile ive seenPlastic bits (sparrows and aim 9) are hard to install, so I decided not to install them at all. Seems not cast well.I can't compare it to other brands like hobby master, I don't own them.Hope this helps
