1/72 SR-71A Blackbird Diecast Model Aircraft | USAF

This is truly beautiful! Its quality made. The cockpit leaves something to be desired, but I just leave that closed. It's just a bonus that it opens to me. The only other criticism is about the way it secures.... it doesn't really, so be careful around it when moving it around. It looks great though and I get a lot of compliments on it in my office. One of the greatest planes ever built. 💪💪 USA!! 🇺🇸

I wasn't expecting the model so soon. It arrived very quick. Very pleased with the detail on the model. It's a decent size too. Hard to picture what 1/72 scale is but thankfully it's a very decent size. Which is why the detail pops when you first see it. There was only 1 minor hiccup with it. The landing gear cover for the front doesn't stay put. It seems the piece is a bit too small for the opening. It just keeps falling out. The rear cover is perfect. Went in without a hitch. Otherwise, a beautiful model for what you pay for.

Like the others have said, amazing quality great packaging and artwork if that matters...
Attention to detail is top-notch.
It is not the fault of the product or necessarily the store but shipping can be a little vague, so have some patience once it hits the United States.
The only thing that could use a little work like the others have stated is the front nose gear doors "i-flight" configuration or loose so maybe a little silicone to hold that in place.

Definitely worth it!

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of this metal model. It’s absolutely beautiful!! The details are super clean and accurate. Worth every penny!!

This is a great display model. It is heavy, solid, highly detailed, and is my favorite by far. I have a few 1/72 models of various air frames; this is the highest quality. It’s cool to see all of the airframes together in same scale, to see where we are and where we have been in aerospace.

The first item I ordered had came with some minor painting defects, but I ordered a replacement and a new model, in perfect condition, was sent by the seller in under three days. The model is high-quality (almost entirely made of a metal alloy), beautiful, and realistic. The front cockpit opens and you can choose between using the landing gears or just closing the openings. It looks amazing on my shelf!

Well crafted , looks good. I have been looking for the SR -71 in a bigger size, and this was it. Price was to be expected. Overall I am happy with it.

Very impressed with the quality of materials and the accuracy is spot on.

Very nice metal model. Some of the parts like the landing gear will need glue to stay in place. There's mention of a pilot in the description but there is no pilot included. It does balance on the stand but it can be knocked off by a pet or child. Other than that it's perfect.

Looks quite good, heavy metal body, great details, really nice in general.

I am not a serious collector so I do not know what to look for when purchasing these types of display memorobilia. That said, I am happy with my purchase. The size is great, it has a good solid weight, feel and detailed appearance. So for my needs it is perfect. Truth be told, the Black Friday pricing forced my hand.

This thing is so detailed it’s amazing! Even readable labels inside cockpit. Really cool!

Nice size weight and details. Very nice.

Para regalarle a mi sobrino

This is a must have present. Nice, clean, exceptional. Just like the original SR-71A. Getting myself a additional one for my office

After a few disappointments from a couple of other models I bought, (not nesasarialy this agent)I was amazed at how quickly I could construct the parts without instructions except for the undercarriage where there is a choice of the undercarriage in use or remove & replaced with closed undercarriage caps. Here the forward under courage needs some adhesive especially the door as it just drops offThe rear is fineALLso be WARNED THE PIN THAT GOES IN THE FRONT IS VERY SMALL & IN A VERY SMALL SEE THROUGH BAG MAKING IT Very Easy to miss & lose. It took me ten mimits to find mine but new it had to be there also you need some thick but fast setting glue to fit it properlyOtherwise a first class model.Top in my collectionI would give 5* if it wasn't for these faults

Qualité excellente

Good for a visual. Looks real Cool on the desk. Made of good material, very sturdy.

The level of detail on this model is very impressive. My only issue with it is that the piece of plastic that you insert to simulate the front landing gear being up during flight is so loose that it doesn’t actually stay in place when the model is sitting on the display stand. Other than that I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good diecast model of the SR-71
