A: These are detailed display pieces designed primarily for adult collectors and military history enthusiasts. Due to small, detailed parts, they are not intended as children's toys and should be kept out of reach of young children.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for returns — please contact service@nuotie.com to start a return request.

Q12: Do you ship internationally, and is shipping free?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, and many orders qualify for free shipping. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q13: Can I track my order once it ships?
A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, and you can follow its progress anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Q14: Are these scale models, replica toys, or weapons?
A: These are static collector-grade scale model replicas intended for display and historical appreciation only. They contain no functional mechanisms, are not weapons, and are not designed to fire projectiles of any kind.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 day of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.Some special remote islands

Shipped from China by default, delivery to major US cities: approximately 8-12 days; major European cities: 5-10 days.
